Yesun, whose registered capital is 8.08 million dollars and total investment is 45 million dollars, owns an area of 70 thousand square meters and a staff team of 650 members. ● Die Design: Use UG, CATIA, PAM-STAMP, from process analysis to die structure design, achieve fully 3D simulations.
● Pattern Making: Through camera scans measuring and design comparative analysis, use NC layered processing to check mould defects.
● NC Machining: Mould bases and inserts are machined through 3-Axle Machining Center, die surface is machined through 5-Axle Machining Center after surface hardening to ensure the die quality.
● Spotting and Tryout: More than 5 years experienced specialized team make tryout and spotting.
● Quality Control: In the process of the acceptance of raw material and standards, NC machining, benchwork working, spotting and tryout, parts checking, dynamic and static check review, the QC personnel control and quality guarantee in each step strictly.
● After-Sale Service: From the die delivering to the buyer to mass production, we consistently insist the service and customer firstly.
With the whole staff’s persistent efforts, the technology and equipment improving year by year, Yesun has the capacity to manufacture more than 1600 dies (5 tons per die). Now Yesun’ s customers spread all over the world and Yesun becomes the dies and checking fixtures main supplier of domestic and overseas OEM and parts manufacturer.
